One benefit of the troubling current state of American politics is the impetus to get involved by running for office. As a result, we have several primaries for national, state, and local offices. Democratic primaries will take place on June 23rd, with early voting available June 13-21. Both Cuba Democrats successfully petitioned for a single open seat on the Cuba Town Council, so they’ll face off in the primary.\u00a0\u00a0Lance has also\u00a0petitioned for the Lance for Council\u00a0line, and Jonathan collected signatures to gain\u00a0the Republican line, so the two will also be seeking\u00a0your vote in November.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
